Chevron’s Business Mentoring Services
What is Mentoring?
Mentoring is a powerful personal development tool. It is an effective way of helping people to progress their businesses and is becoming increasing popular as its potential is realised. It is a partnership between two people (mentor and mentee) normally working in a similar field or sharing similar experiences. It is a helpful relationship based upon mutual trust and respect. Mentoring is synonymous with the terms trusted advisor, friend, teacher, and wise person. Mentors have always offered valuable advice and wisdom at critical points in a business journey.
What is Chevron Business Mentoring?
Chevron Business mentoring is the largest private provider of professional mentoring services in Ireland today. Our services span one-to-one business mentoring, group facilitation, and tailored action interventions.
Our panel of mentors is ‘Best in Class’. Our mentors are real experts in their areas of competencies. They are experienced at working with various sized companies from owner managed micro businesses to larger organisations.
Chevron’s focused approach is one of working with the business in the mentoring process rather than merely just diagnosing issues and making suggestions. In other word’s we’re focused on ‘the doing’ rather than solely on ‘just the talking bit’.

Chevron only engages the most highly qualified and experienced mentors and trainers on our panel. Each mentor has accumulated substantial ‘real world’ business experience.
Supporting all our activities is our business delivery model and processes, which in turn is supported by our own bespoke IT system ‘Chevron Central’ which guarantee’s quality, protection of data, confidentiality, and speedy accurate assignment administration, ensuring we provide an unparalleled level of customer service to all our clients and customers.
All our mentoring projects are based on proceeding with very focused plans of action. At the first mentoring session our mentor will discuss the business need(s) with the business, and will in conjunction with the business, develop a set of agreed mentoring objectives. Each objective will then have identified the actions required to be undertaken, by who & when, and what the desired result should be. This will all be contained on an agreed Action Plan.
At the conclusion of each mentoring assignment, each one of the objectives will be measured to assess the impact of the mentoring and the results achieved for the business.
