Dear Jobseeker,
This section of our website is designed to provide you with information about Chevron Training and how we can assist you in getting back to work.
Guidance is a process which helps people to identify their capacities, competences and interests - at any point in their lives - to assist them to make educational, training and occupational decisions and to manage their individual life path.
Chevron Training is a career focused training provider. We have invested heavily in researching industries and sectors in Ireland, to identify the market drivers that create employment opportunities, examples of these drivers include new legislation, regulations, grant aid and/or technology.
We employ qualified career guidance counsellors to assist you in identifying a suitable career path, through the profiling of an individual’s personality, needs, interests, values, qualifications and work experience.
We work closely with a large number of state bodies which provide funding to complete training courses for those in receipt of jobseekers support. Depending on your circumstances, FÁS and/or The Department of Social & Family Affairs may be in a position to provide you with funding to complete your training course of choice. Alternatively, we have a number of other funding sources which we can refer you to.
