Post-Graduate Diploma in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science

This Post-Graduate Diploma is designed for students with a degree in non-STEM disciplines (i.e., non-computing subjects) who would like to re-skill or up-skill in pursuit of a career in AI and data science. You’ll develop an understanding of the fundamentals of mathematics, probabilities, AI, data analytics and programming – as well as theoretical background and practical hands-on experience in AI and data science using industry-standard tools.

You’ll also develop a variety of advanced intellectual and transferable skills, and gain practical knowledge that will enable you to establish a career in IT.

Study is part-time and online. Online delivery is supported by an induction day at the beginning of the programme. The informative live webinars (two evenings per week) will aim to develop participants’ ability to apply knowledge and understanding of Offshore Energy. Participants may have to attend interactive group sessions (Saturdays). These sessions facilitate discussion and debate and promote the transference of skills and knowledge into the workplace, with guest lectures contributing to these important workshop sessions.
